Mugdock Country Park lies to the North of Milngavie and covers an area of 260 hectares.

It has woods, trees lakes and historic buildings and is one of the area's most popular visitor attractions offering a great countryside experience.

The historic visitor centre with its enclosed courtyard and and restored Victorian walled garden provide a spectacular backdrop for the Mugdock International Music festival.The facilities include a well-equipped 60 seater theatre which provides an ideal intimate venue for evening concerts.
